Have a question?

How soon do I have to order, what's your EARLY BIRD deal?
You can order at any time.  We try to ensure that any order is delivered within 5 - 10 working days.
If you order between 1st October and 31st May you will receive a 10% discount on our packages (excluding the Gift Pack).  You can pre-order and set the delivery date to suit the beginning of term or an alternative date.

When will I receive my order?
Whenever you want it!  We can deliver  within 5 – 10 working days or alternatively you can pick a date in the future.  This allows you to be organised ahead of time, ensuring you secure  the items that you require (and receiving a 10% discount if you order between 1st October and the 31st May) for delivery for the start of the following academic year whilst not having to find somewhere to store them before term starts!
Our campus delivery service also reduces the amount of items you need to cram into the car!

Where will my order be delivered?
To any address of your choosing.  Your orders can be delivered  direct to campus if you prefer, and you can select a date in the future therefore allowing your purchases to be delivered to your student for their first day

What do you do with my information?
At In a Box we take your privacy seriously, as well as the protection of any information you submit to our site. For discussion of the ways we protect your privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

If I buy the “Year Long” In a Box Gift Pack (Uk only) and my students birthday falls during non-term time can it be delivered to an alternative address?
Unfortunately not. However, if you provide us with an alternative date we will deliver the Birthday Pack to their student accommodation.

Can I order now and tell you where I want it delivered later?
If you are ordering for a higher education student, we completely appreciate you may not know which establishment they will be going to until mid-August.  It is no problem for you to order today and agree to inform us where and when you want your items delivered in the future.  This allows you to be organized ahead of time, ensuring you secure  the items that you require (and receiving a 10% discount if you order between 1st October  and the 31st May)

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
If you are not happy with the product/s you have received you can choose to either return the item for a full refund, or you can exchange the product for an alternative item.
