Cost of Post and Packaging
The cost of post and packaging differs between products. This information is noted on each individual package you order. Please refer to the individual products for full details.
All products under the following headings are add on products and are meant to be added at no extra delivery cost to other packages. They therefore are not meant to be ordered as standalone items. If however you wish to purchase them as standalone items there will be a delivery charge.

Timescales for delivery
Your order should arrive within 5-10 working days of the time you place your order or by the specified date if you have requested a delayed delivery date.
Please note that it is imperative that you order as much in advance as you can to ensure your order reaches your student in time.
Our busiest time for orders and deliveries are in August/September leaving your order until these months could mean you will not receive your goods by the date you require them.
We strongly recommend you place your order early and provide us with a delayed delivery date to avoid disappointment.
Early Bird Discount
We operate an early bird discount of 10% on all orders* made between 1st October and 31st May.
With our pre-order, delayed delivery service you can take advantage of this discount and know your purchase will be delivered on a date you specify (e,g start of term). You can even pre-order and delay providing us with a delivery address to take into account that you may not know which learning establishment your student will be attending!
*Early bird discount is not available on any of our gift boxes.

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
We may arrange for orders to be split into separate shipments if it benefits the customer, e.g. if one of the items in the order has a later release date, or if the full shipment is extra bulky. Our hope is that customers receive their orders faster and more efficiently. When shipments are split at our discretion, the customer will not be responsible for any extra charges or fees.
